Job description:
Oversees the harvest of horticultural crops, packing and storage of horticultural produce
Manage the output of the packing shed to cope with seasonal fluctuations in supply and demand
Supervises horticultural farming routines and day-to-day horticultural production activities
Provide training and supervision to team of horticultural farm workers,
Maintain accurate records and comply with business requirements
Skills / Experience:
relevant Certificate IV or higher qualification
at least one (1) years of relevant work experience
proven ability to manage and lead a team
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to job specific software
