Food & Beverage Attendants
to join our Airport Bar team.

Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will provide warm, professional service to our guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Airport Bar.
Where you'll make an impact
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards across the outlet




Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
Assist with stock handling, bar setup, and cellar control as required
Actively promote menu items through upselling and suggestive selling
What we're looking for
QLD or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
Valid Driver's Licence (Essential)
Ability to obtain an ASIC card (Essential)
Previous barista experience is essential to ensure confidence in delivering high-quality coffee, efficient service
Previous hospitality, retail, or quick-service experience (desirable)
Strong customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
