The Opportunity
Our Fielders business is looking for a
Customer Service/Storeperson
to join the team based in Bunbury, WA.
With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia.
We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
This position supports our branch operations in ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers.
In this customer facing role we are looking for someone who wants to learn and is a team player.
You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.
What Will You Do?
Working collaboratively with a small team, you will:
safely load and unload our products on and off trucks
accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer collection
locate and organise the storage of products
check picked orders, invoicing and branch transfers
complete general filing of receipts and invoices
process customer orders through accurate data entry
provide housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area
assist the Warehouse Manager with periodic stock checks
successfully contribute to a safe working environment

a current forklift ticket
experience within a stores/warehouse environment
customer service experience
a positive attitude and a desire to work in a role that offers career progression
a keen eye for detail and sound computer skills
the ability to work in a fast-paced and setting
continuous improvement focused and a desire to develop and improve procedures
