The Role
As the Installation Coordinator you will be responsible forensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of any Solahartinstallation request from start to end.
You will develop strong relationships with sub-contractors(installers)



to build a thriving work relationship of trust andcamaraderie.
Installers will filter all installation type enquiriesand concerns/issues through the installation coordinator to apositive resolution.
You will also be the first touch point forservicing enquires and filter these through to our sub-contractorsto organise and attend themselves.
As times you will be a direct contact for the end customer whena difficult or involved installation takes place and will assistthe Solahart Sydney direct team with any team tasks to ensure thesuccess of all work functions.
To be successful in this role you will have;
Inbound and outbound call centre experience
Customer support skills are essential.
Scheduling experience
The ability to build rapport with customers, sales teamsand internal partners.
Bonus points for the following;
Experience with managing sub-contractors
Previous experience with CRM systems
Technical background in solar/plumbing or trades
