About the Role
As a Lawn Technician, you'll be responsible for providing skilled lawn care services to residential and commercial customers. You'll travel to customers properties in the Kawana/Caloundra area, assess lawn health, apply treatments, and provide expert advice to help keep lawns looking their best.
Your Responsibilities
Apply fertilisers, weed control and pest management treatments.
Diagnose lawn issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build solid client relationships.
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely.
Keep accurate service records using company software.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while following safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Current LR driver's licence (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in lawn care, horticulture or landscaping is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
Chemical application accreditation (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
