Industrial Plastics in Hemmant, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to guide a growing fabrications team on our four-day week. You will partner with the Production Manager to keep work progressing safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on training younger fabricators, reading drawings, solving shop problems and upholding safety, quality and workmanship. Friday overtime is available when required.
