Job Summary

This role involves the timely and careful delivery of fresh cakes, pastries, and breads to our retail store, along with support duties in and around the kitchen and loading dock. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our products reach customers fresh and on time while maintaining cleanliness and organisation in delivery and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently deliver pallets of fresh bakery goods to our store, starting from 5:30 AM.
Unload and deliver stock into the store, ensuring items are handled with care.
Assist in the packing and rotation of stock within the bakery kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery van, both interior and exterior, to a high standard.




Help keep the loading dock area clean, tidy, and organised.
Carry out general housekeeping duties as required to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and store teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Requirements
Full NSW driving licence.
Previous experience in delivery driving or bakery/food handling is an advantage.
Valuable time management and reliability – must be punctual and dependable.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling (lifting pallets, crates, etc.).
Comfortable with early starts and variable finishing times.
Positive attitude and willingness to help out in different areas of the operation.
Positive communication skills and a strong work ethic.
