GBM Project Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Carpenters / Formworkers (Full Time) to join our construction team in Sydney.

The role involves performing carpentry and formwork duties across residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with Australian standards.

Key Responsibilities
Construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures
Read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Measure, cut, and assemble materials (timber, steel, etc.)
Assist with concrete pours and structural works
Maintain a safe and clean work workplace
Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members

Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience as a Carpenter or Formworker
Solid knowledge of formwork systems and carpentry techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Positive physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
