We are based in Bankstown and provide services across the South-western and Western suburbs of Sydney.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Assisting clients with daily living tasks and maintaining accommodation
Supporting community inclusion and participation
Helping clients build self-management and independent living skills
Working collaboratively with clients to achieve their identified goals




Liaising with service providers to ensure appropriate referrals and supports are in place
This is a casual position with shifts available across a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Strong professional boundaries and ability to follow procedures
Highly desirable: Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours
