UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Service Lead to oversee a 24/7 DFV intake service, lead a team of practitioners and ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
You will supervise, coach, recruit and roster staff while driving service improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
The role requires a tertiary qualification, DFV risk assessment expertise, and solid leadership and communication skills.
A Queensland Driver's Licence and Working with Children Check are required.
