Mechanical Fitters
for an exciting opportunity that starts in
Brisbane
before transitioning to a project in
NSW
.
This role offers an immediate start for candidates looking for an initial short term workshop chance working up to 12 hour days then transitioning into a long-term site based project!
The Opportunity
You'll commence with approximately
21 days in our Brisbane workshop
, working on the maintenance and refurbishment of
heat exchangers
before transitioning to a
Bus-In Bus-Out (BIBO)
or
Drive in Drive out (DIDO)
roster for a major project in
NSW
.
Roster
Initial 21 days
in the Brisbane workshop
Transition to a
2:1 or 3:1 BIBO roster
to the NSW project
12-hour shifts
Day and potential night shifts
$120 PER DAY LAHA
$58 + PENALTIES
Saturday work as required
Immediate start - Monday, 10 August
About You
Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
Previous experience in
oil & gas
, shutdowns,



heavy industrial, mining or similar environments (highly regarded)
Current
Construction Safety Essentials (CSE)
Current
Working at Heights (WAH)
Current
Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
ticket
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipAbility to travel and work away on a rostered basis
