About the Employment Services Manager
This is a leadership role with a mix of strategic direction and oversight of operational delivery by teams in multiple locations across the Wide Bay region.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
Drive the planning and delivery of Workforce Australia services to clients in various locations
Lead, coach and develop teams to provide a client focused service within the local labour market
Set, monitor and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial outcomes
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as government departments and community groups




Ensure governance standards are maintained and contract compliance is achieved across all service areas
About you
To be successful in the role you will bring:
Extensive knowledge and experience of Employment Services programs
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong KPI and performance management capability
Knowledge and experience in managing contracts and budgets
