The Salvation Army is seeking a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner for the Orange Door Program in Morwell, VIC.
This permanent full time role is based on-site and involves working in a multidisciplinary team to assess risk, identify client needs, and connect families to essential supports.
You will deliver screening, triage, risk assessment, crisis response, and coordinated referrals, ensuring trauma-informed and culturally safe service delivery while maintaining accurate client records.
