Our client :
Our client is a company dedicated to providing onsite IT support to public schools for the past 15 years.
About the role:
They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as a Desktop/Network Support - Field Services Technician.
In this role, you'll be providing both onsite and offsite support to schools, working with a variety of clients, including Principal, teachers and administration staff.
You'll be experiencing different schools, different people, and different challenges, week to week.
You will be offered on-the-job training and IT certification in conjunction with your full‐time role and pay.
We are looking for candidates who are punctual, detail‐oriented and passionate about technology.

Apprenticeship FOR NON IT Graduates
Role and Responsibilities
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
Performing basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for department users and/or the university community.
Providing individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies.
May train student employees.
Performing routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
Maintaining and updating record‐keeping system; may document projects and maintain user instructions.
Assisting with tracking inventory levels of equipment and materials; performing data entry and maintenance of records such as project documents, user instructions, general reports and/or systems errors.
May input billing information into a record‐keeping system.
