Are you ready for a lifestyle change? Del Rio Riverside Resort is seeking an experienced
Management Team (couple or duo)
to oversee the daily operations of our large, high-activity holiday park located on the Hawkesbury River at Wisemans Ferry.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your hospitality, operations, and maintenance skills while enjoying the perks of

Del Rio Riverside Resort is a long‐established, high‐volume holiday park offering a wide range of accommodation including Riverside Villas, Waterview Villas, Waterfront Cabins, Parkland Villas, Lodges, and powered/unpowered camping sites.

About the Role
As the Management Team, you will oversee the full operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the property to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all
reception operations
including enquiries, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and revenue handling
Operate and manage




NewBook
for reservations, payments, reporting, and guest communications
Deliver outstanding
customer service
and maintain high presentation standards across all accommodation and facilities
Oversee
property maintenance
, repairs, grounds presentation, and improvement works
Ensure immaculate presentation of
gardens, cabins, villas, lodges, and recreational facilities
Maintain
guest safety, security, and compliance
Recruit, train, roster, and supervise reception, housekeeping, and grounds staff
Manage group bookings, events, and peak-period operations
Promote the resort and build relationships with local tourism providers
Maintain compliance with relevant holiday park and accommodation regulations
Implement efficient procedures, documentation, and record‐keeping
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in
hospitality, holiday parks, or resort management
Strong
maintenance and hands‐on operational skills
Experience with
NewBook
or similar booking systems (highly advantageous)
High attention to detail and strong customer service capability
Ability to work to budgets, targets, and operational KPIs
Self-motivated team players able to work autonomously
Available as a
couple or duo
for a live-in position
Ready for an immediate start
