This Full Time permanent role is based in our Macquarie Park corporate office.

About the Role

As a Payroll Administrator with us, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative payroll processes using CHRIS21/iCHRIS.

What You’ll Do
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hire setup
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
Assigningand assisting with employee queries through a ticketing system
Manage general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
Assisting Payroll team with fortnightly pay runs
Some understanding of payroll processes
A friendly, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.




Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience using payroll systems is an added bonus but not essential.
