What success looks like in this role:
Creates and maintains project plans, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
Semi-independently leads small delivery management projects.
Tracks expenses and project costs, ensuring alignment with both Unisys and client agreements and expectations.
Serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and helping with expectation management.
Implements defined solutions and strategies based on an analysis of client requirements, business goals, objectives and existing infrastructure.
Troubleshoots and documents client issues (i.e., performance and application issues).
Monitors team performance versus service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of issues or service disruptions.
Manages team projects as assigned.
Provides administrative support as required.
Acts as key escalation point for team technical and process issues and oversees ongoing problem resolution.
Allocates assignments, establishes work priorities and monitors performance.
Ensures compliance with company policies, contracted client agreements and established service level agreements (SLAs).
