Quarry Operator
to join our team in Cudgen, NSW. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working across a range of tasks, takes pride in safe, efficient work, and wants to be part of a tight‐knit crew with opportunities to grow.
Your Role
Operate loaders and other mobile plant to move and process quarry products
Assist with a variety of site operations, including stockpile management and production support
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment
Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly
Contribute to maintaining a secure, efficient, and well‐organised site
What You'll Bring




Experience operating loaders or other mobile plant (quarry or construction background preferred)
Current Construction White Card
A practical, safety‐first approach to work
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills
Reliability, good communication, and a positive attitude
