This role combines digital design with practice coordination responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Content (Primary)
Produce digital graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud




Edit educational and treatment videos for social media and website use
Create social media assets, including graphics and thumbnails
Update website content using WordPress and Elementor
Complete creative projects using Jira task management
Practice Coordination (Secondary)
Manage bookings, rescheduling and client records using Zanda
Handle telephone, email and online enquiries professionally
Maintain accurate client records and communications
Support the daily operation of the clinic through administrative duties

Essential Requirements
Qualified experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
Experience editing digital video content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Highly Regarded
Experience with WordPress and Elementor
Experience using Jira or similar project management software
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment
