About the role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager and Assistant Night Manager, you will be responsible for:
In absence of the Assistant Night Manager - the management, security, and operational efficiency of the hotel (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office) ensuring optimum guest and associate satisfaction during the night




Ensure the Night Audit function is performed with relation to roll of day, revenue capture and reporting, in line with relevant SOPs
In absence of the Assistant Night Manager - oversee the safety and security of all guests, associates and assets
Anticipate and resolve problems which impact on guest service
With the Assistant Night Manager - facilitate and monitor the implementation of The Langham Sydney WHS Management System and associated policies procedures, guidelines and programs
Perform tasks including – newspaper delivery, preparation and delivery of room service orders, assist guests with luggage and valet parking
Skill and Experiences
Previous experience in a similar role within luxury will be highly regarded
Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service
Possess a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full working rights.
RSA & First Aid Certificate
Hold a current open manual driver's license
