About The Company

About The Prospect
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver quality behaviour support services to NDIS participants across Adelaide's North and North East, with some flexibility to the West for candidates comfortable travelling to Evanston.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of NDIS participants across Adelaide's North and Lower North
Conducting functional behaviour assessments for participants
Developing tailored, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
Collaborating with families and support teams to implement strategies
Preparing and delivering tailored training packages for support teams
Ensuring practice aligns with NDIS Practice Standards and restrictive practices guidelines
About You
The successful candidate will have:
NDIS registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, or deemed suitable under the Capability Framework
At least 6 months' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is preferred
A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Mental Health
Membership with a recognised professional body (AASW, AHPRA, PACFA, ACA or BSPA)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We also welcome applications from newly practising Behaviour Support Practitioners and experienced allied health professionals who have obtained Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability under the NDIS Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
