We are experiencing significant customer demand and are now seeking a reliable, entry-level aluminium fabricator who is seeking a secure job, explicit expectations, and genuine career progression in manufacturing.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in turning up, following instructions, and doing quality work even if you’re new to fabrication.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting core production and manufacturing activities
Using basic hand and power tools under supervision
Following clearly defined processes, safety rules, and instructions
Maintaining a clean, protected,
and organised work area
Learning King Bars’ production standards and “right first time” approach
What we’re looking for:
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver’s licence and ability to commute to our Ipswich manufacturing facility
Completed High School Certificate (or equivalent)
Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
Willingness to learn, listen, and follow direction
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Clean health and police record
Ability to provide work and personal references
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential, we value attitude, reliability, and coachability.
