We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations & Administration Officer to support

three growing businesses specializing in trades

services.

This is a wide-ranging role that combines administration, customer service, and financial coordination.

You will work closely with management to help ensure our operations run smoothly and our

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the three businesses.
Serve as the main administrative point of contact for customers, suppliers, and service enquiries.
Support operational managers to monitor job progress and ensure work orders are completed on time.
Prepare invoices, process supplier accounts, and assist with financial administration.
Maintain accurate records, contracts, employee files, and business documentation.
Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.

About You




Minimum 2 years experience in administration, office management, or operations coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with invoicing and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in property maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, construction, or other service-based industries will be highly regarded.
