We are seeking an experienced Objective RegWorks Specialist to join a high‑performing team delivering critical system analysis, configuration, and implementation outcomes within a energetic government environment.

Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of a 12‑month extension
Citizenship requirement: Australian citizenship mandatory
Clearance requirement: NV1

About the Role

You will provide subject‑matter expertise across system analysis, configuration, integration, and testing, working within a multidisciplinary team workplace. This role requires strong analytical capability and hands‑on experience implementing and configuring COTS solutions, particularly Objective RegWorks.

Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into system designs
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise Objective RegWorks functionality
Perform system analysis and integration activities
Develop and execute UAT test cases
Write and analyse complex SQL queries




Produce technical, functional, and business documentation
Support continuous improvement and change initiatives
Engage with stakeholders and provide expert advice
Mentor team members and transfer knowledge

Essential Skills & Experience
Robust experience in systems analysis and design
Proven ability in requirements definition and stakeholder management
Expertise providing specialist technical advice
Experience working with Objective RegWorks or similar regulatory platforms
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience with low‑code / no‑code implementations

Desirable
Consultancy experience and stakeholder facilitation
User experience evaluation and usability testing exposure
