The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Flynn, with a focus on dinner service and late night trade. This key position will involve managing all aspects of the venue, including gaming, bistro, and bar operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency and importantly, showcasing this recent venue to the city.



You will be responsible for driving financial performance, leading a passionate team, and maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
