DFV Australia is looking for Factory Hand. DFV Australia is based in Moss Vale NSW is operated in partnership with DFV Group. DFV globally has over 50 years of experience and is an international leader in the field of industrial painting, specialising in wood-effect decorative finishing with powder technology.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to support the day-to‑day activities of manufacturing operations by performing tasks such as operating machines, quality control, loading, unloading and packaging material on the lines. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Performing manual tasks in a factory setting
Packing and labeling products according to company standards
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Inspecting products for defects and reporting any issues to supervisors
Following health and safety procedures at all times




Cleaning and maintaining work areas to ensure a safe and tidy workspace
Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and meet deadlines

Key Requirements
Physical fitness and strength to perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating machinery
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
Valuable communication skills to report any issues to supervisors
Basic numeracy and literacy skills to understand work instructions and safety guidelines
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work setting
Availability to start work immediately and willingness to learn new skills as needed

Afternoon 2.00pm - 10.00pm
