Asset Management Administrator

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Administrator to join a well-established property business, supporting a small team of Commercial Asset Managers across a diverse portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in commercial property, centre management or property administration who is looking to build on their experience within an asset management environment.
The Role
Provide day-to-day administrative support to
three Commercial Asset Managers
Assist with the administration and coordination of a diverse commercial property portfolio
Prepare reports, documentation and correspondence
Assist with tenant, contractor and stakeholder communication
Maintain accurate property and portfolio records
Coordinate meetings, inspections and general asset management requirements
Provide broader administrative support to the Asset Management team as required
About You




Previous experience within
commercial property, centre management or property administration
Robust administration and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicating with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders
Cirrus8 experience is highly desirable - not a deal breaker!
Property industry experience is essential
A mature and professional approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
