Role Details
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused
Underground Grader Operator
to support the safe and efficient maintenance of underground roadways.
This is a residential only position, based in Broken Hill.
What You'll Be Doing
Operate underground grader to maintain haul roads, decline, and access areas.
Ensure roads are protected, well-drained, and compliant with site standards.
Conduct pre-start inspections, report defects, and complete basic equipment maintenance.
Work closely with mining crews, supervisors, and maintenance teams.
Follow all safety procedures, policies,



and legislative requirements.
What You Will Bring
Grader ticket or VOC
Strong understanding of underground traffic management and ventilation requirements
Ability to work safely and autonomously under minimal supervision
Good communication and hazard identification skills
