Programmed are currently looking for a MR delivery driver who is also happy to complete warehousing duties and frequent manual labouring, including manual loading and unloading of plasterboard sheets.
In this role, you will be working with a wide range of construction materials including plasterboard, insulation, glasswool etc. You will be completing deliveries to local stockists and builders, including houses and construction environments.
About the Role:
Working at a construction material distribution centre
7am-3pm Monday to Friday
Local multi-drop deliveries with MR vehicles
Moving bulky, fragile goods
Manual loading and unloading of sheets
Work with an offsider on all runs
Liaise with customers and clients
Paperwork and order checks
About You:
Valid MR Licence (or higher)
Valid LF licence a bonus but not essential
Comfortable manually handling plasterboard sheets frequently
Fit for labouring aspects including stairs
Strong attention to detail
Robust safety focus
Able to provide a clean driving record if requested
Reliable and punctual
