This role will primarily be based at our North Lakes clinic, with opportunities to work across our Brisbane location as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

About the role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy specialist practice.
This is apermanent part-time position, workingapproximately 50 hours per fortnight.
The role is primarily based at ourNorth Lakes clinic,



with the flexibility to work across ourNewsteadclinic when required.
This position includes participation in a rotating roster, includinglate nights and Saturdays.
What we're looking for
We're seeking someone who is positive, organised, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a busy team.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience in medical reception or specialist medical administration (highly regarded but not essential)
Experience in dermatology, skin medicine, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine (desirable but not essential)
Outstanding customer service and patient care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A professional, friendly, and welcoming approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays on a rotating roster
The ability to travel between our North Lakes, Newstead, and Manly clinics as required
