The Role
Manufacture residential and commercial cabinetry
Guide and support cabinetmakers and factory staff
Answer production and job-related questions
Monitor quality, workflow and job progress
Assist with plans, drawings and technical issues
Help maintain a safe and organised factory
About You
Trade-qualified cabinetmaker
Strong factory and manufacturing experience
Previous foreman, leading hand or senior cabinetmaker experience preferred
Confident reading plans and solving production issues
Approachable, organised and able to lead by example
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
We offer a competitive hourly rate of$40 to $45 per hour, stable full time employment and a friendly, supportive team.
