About the role
Gemelli Italian Broadbeach is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
You will work closely with the Restaurant manager and executive team to ensure a smooth operation.
This position is a rare opportunity and only serious candidates will be considered.
Duties
Work closely with Restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations
Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
Managing and coordinating all events and functions
Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner
Ensure the profitable and protected operation of the restaurant
Skills & Experience




Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role for no less than 2 years
Full working rights in Australia
A calm and professional approach to their job
Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
Staff and customer service focused
Restaurant industry experience is essential for this Assistant Manager position.
Candidates must have full Australian work rights to be eligible.
A competitive salary package on offer $70,000 - $80,000 pa + superannuation
