GJs Landscape & Civilare seeking an experienced and drivenLandscape Construction Project Managerto oversee commercial landscaping and civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and safety objectives
Oversee daily site operations, coordinating materials, equipment, and workforce
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
Management
Collaborate with senior management, clients, consultants, and site teams
Build and maintain strong client and community relationships
Support tendering, planning, and business growth initiatives
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
Identify risks, manage incidents, and promote a solid safety culture
Leadership
Lead, mentor, and support site teams and apprentices
Foster a positive, high-performance team environment
Drive continuous improvement and best practices across projects
Skills & Experience
Strong ability to prioritise, self-manage, and meet deadlines
Hands-on, adaptable team player with a proactive attitude




Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of accountability across full project delivery lifecycle
Qualifications
Qualification in Landscape Construction, Civil Construction, or related field
Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil project management
Current Driver's Licence
Valid Construction White Card (WHS certification)
