Blue Horse Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced MR Truck Driver to join our growing transport team based in Wacol, Queensland.
This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Medium Rigid (MR) trucks to transport machinery, equipment, tools and vegetation waste between work sites and depots.
Safely load, unload and secure freight in accordance with load restraint requirements.
Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Comply with all road transport legislation, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and company policies.
Complete delivery documentation, trip sheets and vehicle inspection records accurately.
Assist field crews with loading, unloading and site setup where required.
Report vehicle defects, incidents and safety hazards promptly.
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental standards.
Skills & Experience




Current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence.
Previous one year full time MR driving experience.
Sound knowledge of load restraint practices.
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements.
Solid work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A clean driving history will be highly regarded.
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely lift, move and secure loads.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks associated with the role.
