About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Civil Pit & Pipe Operator to join our field team on telecommunications and civil infrastructure work based in Toowoomba and across the Darling Downs.
This is a practical, on-the-tools role for someone who knows pit and pipe, works safely and takes pride in a tidy, properly finished job.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing pits, pipes and conduit for telecommunications and civil infrastructure projects
Operating plant and equipment within your tickets, training and competency
Supporting daily site set-up, protected excavation and reinstatement work
Reading site plans and working closely with the supervisor and crew
Keeping equipment, work areas and documentation to a high standard
Delivering reliable work safely, on time and without avoidable rework




What We're Looking For
You must have:
White Card and relevant construction experience
A practical, safety-first approach and pride in doing the job properly
It'd be great if you have:
Excavator experience and current VOCs
Local knowledge of Toowoomba and the Darling Downs
You're an experienced operator who is comfortable on a civil site and knows what good pit-and-pipe work looks like.
You turn up, communicate clearly and get stuck in with the crew.
You care about safety, finish and looking after the gear — no drama, just solid work every day.
