We're Hiring: Operations Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to operational challenges.
Support business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Assist in forecasting, resource planning, and capacity analysis.
Prepare business reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain operational databases and reporting systems.
Participate in project implementation, process automation, and system enhancement initiatives.
Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Perform other ad hoc operational analysis and business support duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.




Experience in operations analysis, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) and ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
