The College is seeking a Teacher Aidefor lower Primary.This position will commence the middle of August and continue to the end of the school year.
The successful candidate must possess the following requirements:
Relevant qualifications IV in Education Support
Demonstrate an understanding of the educational, social and emotional needs of children
Assist teachers and students with teaching and learning activities.
Display respect and empathy for all students, and especially those with additional learning needs.
Display confidentiality, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their families.
Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers and parents




Be willing to take on career development and attend team meetings as required
Ideally you will have:
At least 5 years experience as a Classroom Teacher Aide
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to work as part of a team
You will also demonstrate an ability and initiative to apply your skills in supporting students to achieve successful learning outcomes
