About the Role
This is anewly created role, built to manage production across all three of our brands.
You'llmanage the full production lifecycle, from development through to ex-factory handover, across a global order profile spanning retail, marketplace and wholesale.
We're looking for ahands-on operatorwho's just as comfortable running day-to-day production as they are building the systems and trackers.
You'll report to the Head of Merchandise and work closely with our Operations Manager and Design Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end production across all three brands, from development to ex-factory
Liaising with factories and supply chain leaders, building genuine, long-term supplier relationships
Supporting with supplier negotiations on MOQs and pricing
Overseeing bulk quality control ahead of shipment
Working closely with Design and Merchandising to bring every collection to life, on time and on margin
Keeping costing accurate and visible across every stage of production
Support role in garment fit sessions, tech pack creation, product spec updates, size grading and pattern construction
Building and owning the production processes and trackers that underpin how the function runs
Flagging critical path risks early and driving them to resolution
Coordinating with finance on payment tracking and invoice management
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experiencemanaging end-to-end production, from first sample through to ex-factory, in apparel, accessories or a related category, including working with offshore suppliers
Priorexperience in Production, Product Development or a Technical/garment technician role: fit sessions, tech packs, product spec updates, size grading and pattern construction
Highly organised, with a proven ability to manage multiple brands, categories and seasons at once
Experiencetracking invoices and coordinating supplier payments
Process Builder Mindset: move the needle, be nimble and create positive change
Commercially minded, with confidence across MOQ and pricing negotiations, costing and margin management
A sharpeye for detailacross fit, fabrication and finish
Calm andsolutions-focused under pressure
A natural collaborator who enjoysworking closely with Design and cross-functional teams
Clear and professional communicatorwith offshore suppliers and internal stakeholders
