Senior TechnologyOne ERP Functional Consultant (Finance)
We're partnering with a growing consultancy to hire a Senior TechnologyOne ERP Functional Consultant with a strong Finance background.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale ERP implementations, solution design, and transformation projects across Finance, Payroll, HR, and Property modules.
You will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping architect and deliver TechnologyOne solutions from the ground up while working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
The Role
As a Senior TechnologyOne Functional Consultant, you'll take ownership of solution design and implementation across TechnologyOne ERP, with a strong emphasis on Finance.
You'll work directly with clients to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead implementation projects from discovery through to delivery.
This role is approximately 70% Finance and 30% Payroll/HR, with opportunities to broaden your exposure across the wider TechnologyOne suite.
Responsibilities
Design TechnologyOne ERP solutions from scratch.
Lead Finance ERP implementations and solution architecture.
Configure and deliver TechnologyOne Finance modules.
Work closely with clients to understand business processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
Participate in Payroll and HR implementation projects.
Support data migration activities.




Build workflows and drive process improvements.
Work alongside technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Be a trusted, client-facing consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience
4+ years' experience as a TechnologyOne Functional Consultant.
Strong TechnologyOne Finance implementation experience.
Experience designing ERP solutions from the ground up.
Solid understanding of General Ledger, Banking and core Finance processes.
Minimum 2 years' end-to-end implementation experience.
Hands‐on TechnologyOne configuration experience.
Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
Passion for delivering innovative solutions and adding value.
Robust communication and consulting skills.
Highly Regarded
Previous TechnologyOne consulting experience.
Mergers & Acquisitions project experience.
Data migration experience.Exposure to Property, Council or Local Government implementations.
HR module experience.
CA or CPA qualification (not essential).
