We're on the hunt for an experienced Forklift Dispatch Operator / Dockhand to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse in Kemps Creek. This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same. You'll spend time on the forklift, but you'll also jump in with the team to keep the dispatch operation running smoothly.

About the Role
Your day will include a combination of forklift operation and warehouse duties, including:
Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks safely
Assisting with dispatch and dock operations
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
RF scanning, labelling and sorting freight
Ensuring freight is loaded accurately and on time
Working collaboratively with the warehouse team
Maintaining a clean,
organised and safe work environment
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to jump in wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
Previous experience in dispatch, dock operations or a busy warehouse
Experience loading and unloading trucks
Comfortable with both forklift operation and manual warehouse tasks
RF scanning experience is highly regarded
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Solid attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Reliable with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to pass a police check
Full Australian working rights
