Team Leader - Food Production

Full-Time | Perm| Day & Afternoon Shift Available

Synergie Australiaare currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a well established and highly respected food manufacturing company located in Arndell Park. This is a hands on leadership role within a rapid paced production environment, offering stability and career development for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 staff, promoting a high performing and team-oriented culture, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a small team in a manufacturing/production setting
Coordinate workflow and operational tasks to meet production targets




Monitor product quality to meet internal and external specifications
Support team development through training and daily coaching
Maintain robust relationships with key departments including Warehouse, Maintenance, Technical, and HR
Uphold WHS procedures and contribute to a safety-first culture

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong team management and people development skills
Sound knowledge of production equipment and machinery
Solid time management, delegation, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced setting with physical/manual demands
Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
