We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Machine Operator to join an established Australian-owned manufacturer based in Richlands. What You Will Do
Operate fabrication machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, plasma cutters, MIG welders, grinders, drills, and other workshop equipment
Complete fabrication works on products, components, and equipment to required quality standards
Inspect materials, complete measurements, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
Complete production paperwork,
machine checks, and basic equipment maintenance
Identify and report faults, safety concerns, or production issues promptly
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work environment
Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to achieve production targets
What You Will Need
Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar workshop environment
Experience operating fabrication machinery and tools
MIG welding and general fabrication skills (highly regarded)
Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail
Reliable work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop recent skills
What’s In It For You
$43.75 per hour + superannuation
Stable working hours with an early finish every Friday:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:20pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
