Skilled Labourers/Tradesmen
To be successful you must have the following:
Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable)
Experience in landscaping construction industry (highly regarded)
A current Construction White Card
MR Licence (preferable) (Operators only)
RIIMPO320 (B,D,or E)-Excavator (highly regarded) (Operators only)
RIIMPO318 (B,D or E ) Skid Steer (highly regarded) (Operators only)
Tasks and Responsibilities (Supervisors/Leading Hands):
3+ years in Landscape/Construction industry or industry similar (highly regarded)
Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (highly regarded)
Able to deliver both hard and soft landscaping works according to drawings, scope and specifications
Productive, fit for purpose co-ordination of materials/deliveries/mobile plant/sub-contractors and staff
General day-to-day management and supervision of a job site including managing a team
Measuring, calculating quantities and ordering of any additional materials as required
Reading and understanding of plans,
drawings, scope and specifications
Experience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etc
Communicate effectively & efficiently in a skilled manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other trades
Be pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as required
