SGQ Pty Ltd is specialised in a wide variety of civil and building works, on either a Construct-only or Design & Construct basis, in a variety of settings ranging from dense urban through to remote regional locations. The success of SGQ lies in our quality civil and building construction personnel, supported by our hands-on owner management team, together with our reputation for integrity and fair dealings. As we are expanding, we are looking for a Site Manager/Engineer to join our dedicated team.
The ideal person will have:
Tertiary qualification – minimum Bachelor Degree in civil engineering
At least two years of work experience in same/similar position
Ability to apply civil engineering principles to infrastructure construction
Knowledge of construction materials test methods
Ability to carry out investigations and report on such
Ability to carry out supervision and direction of quality testing resources
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office software and estimating packages
Work safely in the construction industry
Desirable:
Technical on site experience
This is a full time role with an annual remuneration of $90,000 - $100,000 (depending upon skills, experience and qualification) plus 12% superannuation.
