The Role
We are expanding and are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Data Cabler to install, test, and maintain structured cabling and network infrastructure across diverse sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, and fibre-optic cabling
Assemble and dress patch panels, data racks, and conduit systems
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Test and certify cabling with appropriate test equipment
Comply with WHS regulations and Telcomtec procedures
Liaise professionally with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Skills & Experience
Open Cabling Licence with Structured, Fibre, and Coaxial endorsements
White Card (Construction Induction)
Demonstrated experience in telecommunications or data cabling
Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and industry best practice
Ability to work independently and within a team
Desirable (not essential)
Working at Heights and EWP tickets
Security Installer Licence
