The Person
Previous experience in residential Property Management
Strong knowledge of current tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident and proactive when dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Solutions-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Team‐oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
The Role
Manage a residential property portfolio and act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants
Build and maintain strong landlord relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
Oversee tenant communication and support provided by the Property Manager
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and renovation works
Manage rental arrears, breach notices, lease renewals, and rent reviews
Prepare documentation for tenancy changes and tribunal matters
Attend tribunal hearings when required
Liaise with the Leasing Consultant to ensure properties are marketed effectively
Complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
