The Role
This multi-faceted Level 3 position offers clear opportunities for career progression.
Key responsibilities include front-desk reception, prepping doctor consulting rooms, and handling and sterilising surgical instruments.
Full on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Candidate Profile
We seek a well-presented, self-motivated, and mature professional who thrives under pressure.
You must possess at least 6 months of relevant experience, intermediate computer proficiency, and the flexibility to cover staff leave.
Experience:Minimum 6 months in a fast-paced environment with proficient typing and data entry skills.
Technical Skills:Competent with MS Office products.




Patient Care:Deep understanding of strict patient confidentiality protocols and a skilled telephone manner.
Operations:Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Attributes:High reliability, self-motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude toward busy days.
Compliance:National Police Check (or willingness to acquire one) and full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
Availability:Flexible to work weekday shifts, cover leave, and ideally start mid August ****.
Medical Software:Familiarity with Genie, Best Practice, or Medical Director.
Industry Knowledge:Understanding of the Australian Medicare system and infection control procedures.
Clinical Skills:Prior experience with surgical instrument handling, sterilisation, or outpatient settings.
Administration:Ability to draft professional business correspondence.
