About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager to take the next step in their career.

Based in Gosford, just one hour north of Sydney, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while driving current and used vehicle sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and business growth. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, high-performance culture and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
10-day fortnight roster
Closed Sundays with 5:00 pm finish times

About You

You may already be a successful Sales Manager, or you could be an Assistant Sales Manager who is ready to prove yourself in the next stage of your career.

To be successful, you'll have:
Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales, with leadership or supervisory experience
The ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
A robust track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A current driver's licence
Availability to work Saturdays as required
The ability to successfully complete a National Police Check (company provided)
