The Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and passionate EventCoordinator to join The Trippas White Group Sydney team.

In this role, you will hit the ground running, coordinating and planning a diverse portfolio ofcorporate, social, and wedding events across our venues. You will managethe end-to-end coordination process, ensuring every event is delivered in aprofessional, courteous and seamless manner. This role is client-facing andrelationship-driven, requiring strong communication skills and a passion fordelivering exceptional experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum2 years’ experience in an Event Coordination or similar hospitality/eventsrole
Strongclient management and relationship-building skills
Anoperational mindset for event planning, supplier coordination, bump-in,event delivery, bump-out and post-event administration
Highattention to detail with excellent organisational and time managementskills
Abilityto manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passionand strong knowledge of quality food, beverage and service
Confidentand skilled communication skills with a warm, proactive approach
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and event management / CRM software
Experiencewith iVvy and Fedelta (or similar systems) highly regarded
Flexibilityto work weekends as required
