We are seeking an experienced NDIS Administrator & Rostering Officer to join our growing team.
You will work in person at our office at the Jetty Village Shopping Centre.
Due to an internal promotion, we now have a full time administration / rostering position available.
Key ResponsibilitiesNDIS administration documentation, participant intake, onboarding of staff & compliance support
Assist with service agreements for new and existing participants for review and approval by the Operations Manager
Staff rostering and coordination
Managing phone calls, emails, calendars, and all general office administration
Liaising with support workers, participants, families, coordinators and other stakeholders
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations
Liaise and coordinate with management to support day-to-day operations
Undertake additional administrative tasks as required
Approve staff timesheets
Schedule shifts, inputting all date and insuring correct invoicing details are input into our ShiftCare system
Complete ShiftCare training
Manage office supplies and inventory
Complete staff inductions, assist with training and assigning Ausmed training
Assist with a shared on call roster/ On call: 1 week on, one week off.
Assist the CEO with other tasks where and when required
A extra plus if you have experience in invoicing, service agreements and ability to learn Paycat payroll with our outsourced team.
About YouProven experience in NDIS administration (ideal)
Experience with rostering within disability or support services
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a small business workplace
Knowledge of NDIS systems and compliance requirements
Ability to multi task
Understand compliance and auditing
